Eldon Drug has existed since the late 1800’s and Dennis Bond purchased the store from C.B. Whitney in 1984. In 2013 Dennis Bond sold the company to Miranda Henley who has been working for Eldon Drug Company since 2002. Miranda graduated from UMKC School of Pharmacy in 2009 with a Doctor of Pharmacy. She is not only the owner, but our head pharmacist as well.

Brief Personal Description: Miranda grew up in Eugene and went to Eugene High School. In 2002 while in high school Miranda started working at Eldon Drug as a pharmacy technician. Upon graduation from high school Miranda went to UMKC School of Pharmacy where she earned a Doctorate of Pharmacy in 2009. While in college Miranda continued to work at Eldon Drug during the summer and school breaks. In 2010 Miranda came back to Eldon Drug as a pharmacist. In 2013 Miranda was able to fulfill her dream and buy Eldon Drug. Miranda feels Eldon Drug is home and where she is meant to be. She currently resides in Eugene where she is very involved in her family farm, showing cattle, traveling, and spending time with friends.

Megan Boehmer

Brief Personal Description: Megan grew up around Henley Missouri and graduated from Cole County R-V School in Eugene.  She first began working for Eldon Drug in 2002 while in high school.  She attended UMKC School of Pharmacy where she graduated with a Doctorate of Pharmacy in 2008.  Megan has worked for Eldon Drug as a pharmacy technician, pharmacy student and now a pharmacist and she is very happy and excited to be back at the pharmacy where she began her pharmacy career.  Outside of work, Megan enjoys gardening, swimming and boating on the Osage River, reading and spending time with her family and friends.

Brief personal description: Dennis is married and currently resides in Jefferson City, MO. He bought Eldon Drug Company in 1984 from C.B. Whitney and was the owner/pharmacist until 2013 when he sold it to Miranda Henley. He now works Part-time for the pharmacy as one of the pharmacists.

Brief Personal Description: Carol started at Eldon Drug in 1979 when she moved to Eldon from Jefferson City, Mo. She worked for C.B. Whitney for five years and then for Dennis Bond when he bought the store. She worked in retail pharmacy until 1999 then moved to the long-term care department. She became a certified pharmacy technician in 2003. She continues to work in the long-term care department and hopes to retire in a few years.

She has been a certified pharmacy technician for 9 years total and has worked for Eldon Drug since 2011. Jessica enjoys being outdoors, camping and fishing.

Brief Personal Description: Chrissy was born and raised on a farm outside of Eldon. She and her 3 sisters all went to Eldon Schools, participated in sports and marching band. She met her husband Josh in Eldon and they now have 3 children and still reside in the Eldon area. She has been a pharmacy technician since 2008 originally working at Target Pharmacy, Lake Regional in 2013 and then accepting a position at Eldon Drug in 2014. She loves making people laugh, crafting and spending time with her family.
